An outgoing, sensual perfume created by Madame Lauder in honor of her own wedding, and more generally of all of life's great milestones. The name is said to have been inspired by one of Madame Lauder's friends exclaiming, "Oh! It's Beautiful!" Madame Lauder is a great art lover. She was inspired by the Manet painting, "Le déjeuner sur l'herbe", whose gentle, atmosphere is a pleasure to recall.
Perfume description
The fruity green opening note contains galbanum, bergamot, lemon and blackcurrant on a background of white flowers: jasmine, tuberose, ylang-ylang, orange blossom and lily-of-the-valley.
As in many American perfumes, the rose-and-violet scent is warmed up with a fruity hint of strawberry and cherry.
The woody end note includes vetiver, sandalwood and cedar, with a pinch of musk and vanilla.
